The Tuning Room is a one hour monthly check in that coincides with the new moon.
Each month we gather to slow down, tune in, and come back to ourselves. This is a gentle space where we meditate together, clear anything that feels ready to be released, and plant seeds for what we want to nurture moving forward.
The Tuning Room is about living in attunement and alignment. It is a chance to pause, reflect on what is working and what is not, and make small intentional adjustments from a grounded place.
It is an affordable monthly offering designed to build rhythm, connection, and community. You do not need to come with answers. You just need to come as you are.
